Location Petrie covers an area of approximately 144 sq km from the northern Brisbane suburbs to the City of Redcliffe on Moreton Bay and part of Deception Bay. It takes in parts of the local government areas of Brisbane City, all of the Redcliffe City area and parts of Pine Rivers and Caboolture Shires. The main suburbs of the City of Brisbane include: Aspley, Bald Hills, Bracken Ridge, Bridgeman Downs, Carseldine, Chermside West, Everton Park, Fitzgibbon, McDowall, and Stafford Heights. The suburbs of the City of Redcliffe include Clontarf, Kippa-Ring, Margate, Redcliffe, Rothwell, Scarborough and Woody Point. Other areas are Mango Hill and Griffin in Pine Shire and part of Deception Bay. in Caboolture Shire.
Products and Industry The area is mainly residential with some light industrial and commercial activities.
